At Softorage, we believe every internship is a journey of learning, growth, and contribution. To recognize the diverse efforts and achievements of our interns, we award tiered certificates at the end of each internship.

Each tier reflects the intern’s performance, consistency, ownership, learning attitude, and overall engagement during the internship.


Certificate Tiers

🥇 Gold Tier

"Excellence in Execution & Leadership"

Awarded to interns who demonstrated:

  • Exceptional ownership and initiative
  • High-quality, impactful contributions to real-world projects
  • Strong communication and leadership in a remote setup
  • Proactive problem-solving and collaboration
  • 90%+ attendance and consistent engagement

Ideal for: Top-performing interns who went above and beyond expectations.


🥈 Silver Tier

"Strong Performer with Consistent Delivery"

Awarded to interns who:

  • Delivered all assigned tasks with quality and timeliness
  • Showed clear understanding and application of concepts
  • Collaborated effectively with mentors and peers
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and responsibility
  • Maintained 85%+ attendance

Ideal for: Reliable and consistent contributors.


🥉 Bronze Tier

"Good Performance with Learning Focus"

Awarded to interns who:

  • Completed most tasks and showed steady learning progress
  • Took feedback positively and improved over time
  • Participated in discussions and team check-ins
  • Maintained 80%+ attendance

Ideal for: Developing talents who are building a strong foundation.


🔹 Regular Tier

"Satisfactory Participation"

Awarded to interns who:

  • Completed the internship with basic task fulfillment
  • Participated with some inconsistencies in output or attendance
  • Showed potential but lacked consistency or depth in delivery
  • Maintained 75%+ attendance (minimum threshold)

Ideal for: Interns who completed the internship but with scope for improvement.


🔘 Participatory Tier

"Exploratory Experience"

Awarded to interns who:

  • Met the minimum participation criteria
  • Had limited contribution due to availability or learning curve
  • Showed interest in gaining exposure to the work environment
  • Maintained close to 75% attendance

Ideal for: Interns who explored the program but did not fully engage.


How Are Tiers Determined?

Interns are evaluated across multiple parameters, including:

  • ✅ Attendance and punctuality
  • ✅ Task completion and quality of work
  • ✅ Communication and collaboration
  • ✅ Initiative, ownership, and problem-solving
  • ✅ Responsiveness to feedback
  • ✅ Engagement with learning materials and team syncs

The final tier is decided by the mentor/team lead and reviewed by the program coordinator.
