Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sponsorship payments made to Softorage are final and non-refundable. By completing a sponsorship transaction, the Sponsor acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

2. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event or program by Softorage, the Provider may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund to the Sponsor. Such determinations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation by Sponsor

Sponsors may request the early termination of their sponsorship display. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of the sponsorship term.

4. Modification of Sponsorship Tier

  • Upgrades: Sponsors may upgrade their tier during the active sponsorship term by paying the difference between the proportionate cost of the current tier for the remaining duration and the proportionate cost of the desired tier for the same remaining duration.

  • Downgrades: Downgrading of sponsorship tiers is not permitted, and no refunds or credits will be issued for choosing a lower tier.
